What is a Motor Grader machine ?

A Grader machine is an Earth mover’s machine or equipments. Grader machine leveling the road materials when made new road. Grader machine is powered by diesel engine. Working strength is power from hydraulic pressure. It travels by tyre system. Equipment has big blade which is controlled by two hydraulic cylinders, it has one cabin. There articulation structure system which helps the machine extra angle turn. Also steering system is controlled by hydraulic power. To made new road a grader machine leveling the soil, sand, concrete and other materials. Grader machine working blade is hydraulic mould Board pitch controlled which enable to continuously maneuver the blade pitch angle even during grading.

Grader machine working system is controlled by some Lever. It has self adjusting disc brakes which is located In each tandem wheel head eliminates braking load on the power train and lead easy service ability.

Two time test. 1st terminal test will be held after one month and the 2nd terminal test will be held after finished the Theoretical class. After completion the training trainees are awarded the Certificate by Institution and arranges a job placement For regional and national companies in India and abroad, mostly gulf and Arab countries overseas and manpower offices.
